These 150/200/250mm x 25mm Nylon Fiber Polishing Wheels offer a soft, adaptable consistency that efficiently smooths, deburrs, and finishes edges of metal alloys and various plastics and composites. They resist smearing and boast extended longevity. Unitized Wheels provide a similar soft, adaptable consistency, suitable for metal alloys and many plastics and composites. They come in diverse densities and grades, from a very soft 2 density for conformability to a hard, aggressive 8 density for maximum cut and durability. The wheel edge can be dressed for effective deburring, finishing, and polishing. The robust, layered, unitized construction allows operation in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The range of densities and grades caters to a wide variety of applications. Designed for use in polishing and grinding hardware, wood, plastic, and circuit boards, these wheels are smear-resistant and long-lasting.
