This is a first quality 3K cloth Made in the USA. 3K means it’s a fabric that has 3000 carbon filaments in each tow or bundle. The bundles are woven together to form the fabric, which makes it so strong, yet lightweight material. Its cosmetic use is widely known when desiring the classic carbon fiber look and awesome aesthetics, which makes it perfect for car hoods, dashboards, flat panels, modeling, aircraft, ships, engineering, robotics, and more. The 2x2 Twill Weave conforms easier to parts than plain weave. This carbon fabric can be used with epoxy resin to add a glossy clear coat on top of it. The stand orientation is 90 degrees. If you are using more than one layer, we recommend rotating every other layer 45 degrees in order to maximize its strength. Dimensions: 4.8 oz, 50 inch width x 10 yards (30 ft) length.
