Rated for 280 in-lb rotary torque, the anchor's welded spiral offers a strong bond with the grout, while the washer at the top prevents the anchor from dropping below the surface or being pulled up into the mounting plate when tightening the bolt.

For quick installation, drill a hole deep into the asphalt and the gravel below it and fill with EPX2 or EXP3 Anchoring Grout (sold separately). Push in the anchor until it is flush with the asphalt surface and allow grout to harden. Anchors are ready for use in 15 minutes. Full strength may take one hour.
